ティエリー・フルニエは1930年より続くワイナリー。2020年に5代目のジュリアンとマキシムの兄弟がワイナリーを引き継ぎ、新しい醸造スタイルでのシャンパーニュ造りやリューディの生産をスタートさせました。ワイナリーはヴァレ・ド・ラ・マルヌの11のコミューンに45の区画を所有しています。彼が拠点を構えるフェスティニー村は、粘土質が豊かな土壌を持つヴァレ・ド・ラ・マルヌの中でも、コート・デ・ブランのようなチョーク質に比較的優れる土壌持っており、出来上がるシャンパ ーニュにミネラルとエレガンスを与えています。また、ティエリー・フルニエは瓶内熟成期間も一般的な造り手よりも長く費やします。彼らのシャンパーニュはピノ・ムニエらしい豊かな果実味とアロマを持ちながらもエレガント、フィネスと複雑性を持ったものに仕上がっています。将来を期待される若手シャンパーニュ生産者の一人です。

2018年は、温暖な気候に恵まれ、ブドウがしっかりと熟した良年と言われています。ヴァレ・ド・ラ・マルヌの複数の区画のブレンド。瓶内熟成期間は、約5年。ドザージュは4g/ℓ。柑橘や洋ナシのようなブラン・ド・ブランらしい凝縮した果実味と美しくエレガントな酸とミネラル、透明感のある味わい。
このブラン・ド・ブランはシャルドネのポテンシャルを最大限に引き出した素晴らしい出来栄えです。
