ヴァンサン・ブロシェ ブリュット B･S･A プルミエクリュ
（仏シャンパーニュ モンターニュ・ド・ランス産 泡750ml）
1721年よりモンターニュ・ド・ランスに属するプルミエクリュ「エキュイユ」でワイン造りに従事するヴァンサン・ブロシェ。1943年、アンリ・ブロシェの代よりRMとしてシャンパーニュを生産しています。現在の所有畑は、3つの1級畑に3.4ha（エキュイユ、サシ ー、ヴィレール・オー・ヌード）。所有畑は、全てHVEとVDCの認定所有し、除草剤や防カビ剤、化学肥料などを使用しません。ヴァンサン・ブロシェの造り上げるワインの特徴は、「ピノ・ノワールを主体としていること（ムニエはほとんど使用していません）」「瓶内熟成期間が長いこと（スタンダードのBSAで瓶内熟成4年以上）」「リザーブワインの使用率が高いこと（ミレジムを除き5 0%使用）」です。全てのキュベを通じて、熟成感とボディ感に優れたシャンパーニュを生産しています。

解説
モンターニュ・ド・ランスのプルミエクリュ「エキュイユ」のワイナリー。表土に砂質が広がり、その下に石灰質をもつ土壌。ステンレスタンク醸造熟成。100％MLF。リザーヴワインは50％と高い比率で、さらに瓶内熟成は約30ヵ月。ドザージュ6g/ℓ。
ピノ・ノワールらしい力強さと、砂質土壌由来の繊細さを兼ね備え、リッチで複雑な味わいもあり、スタンダードキュベとは思えないほどの熟成感があります。
◯ 特徴
味わい: 完熟した洋梨やリンゴのような果実味と、ブリオッシュのような香ばしい香りが広がります。リザーブワインを50%使用し、瓶内熟成を約50ヶ月行うことで、スタンダードキュヴェながら複雑味と深みのある味わいに仕上がっています。
