ドゥウール シャンパーニュ レ・ヴィーニュ・ド・ラ・ヴァレ
（仏シャンパーニュ ヴァレ・ド・ラ・マルヌ産 泡750ml）
ドゥウールは、シャンパーニュ地方でも最初期にリュー・ディに取り組んだ造り手。ヨーロッパ各地では数々の星付きレストランで採用されるなど、その実力は折り紙付きです。ワイン造りにおいて、特徴的なのはリザーヴワインを1998年より続くソレラシステムで仕込んでいること。畑ごとに異なるキャラクターのブドウを小樽を使用して、じっくりと熟成させてから瓶詰を行います。ドゥウールのシャンパーニュは、NVなど若いものであってもベースワインの長期間熟成からくる複雑性や、ボリューム、長く続く余韻を持ち合わせます。

ベースワイン自体は、グランド・レゼルヴと同様のものを使用し、ソレラ熟成のリザーヴワインを使用していますが、こちらは瓶内熟成が約４年。グランド・レゼルヴ同様MLF100％。ドザージュ8g。熟成感とコク、奥行きに優れます。
