ブロカール・ピエール トラディション･ブリュット
（仏シャンパーニュ コート・デ・バール産 泡750ml）
シャンパーニュ地方、第4の産地「コート・デ・バール」の生産者。こちらは、ブルゴーニュ地方も近く、粘土質石灰土壌を持つ土地として、ピノ・ノワールの名産地として知られます。ブロカール・ピエールが目指すｼｬﾝﾊﾟｰﾆｭは、ブルゴーニュとシャンパーニュの中間にあるようなワイン。小樽を使用し、その区画ごとに持つ異なったテロワールの再現を追及しています。 SO2の使用量はMLF終了時のみとごく少量。テロワールの再現とともに、より自然なワイン造りも目指しています。
コンセプトには、長期的な瓶内熟成もあります。トラディションで30ヶ月。VTもので7～9年を費やします。

◯ 解説
粘土質石灰土壌のセル・シュル・ウルスのピノ･ノワール主体のブレンドのシャンパーニュ。ベースワインは樽熟成も行い、So2添加はMLF終了時のみです。瓶内熟成約3年。ピノ・ノワール由来の豊満な果実味とアタックを持つシャンパーニュです。

バランスの取れた味わい: ピノ・ノワール、ピノ・ムニエ、シャルドネをバランス良くブレンドし、フレッシュでフルーティーな味わいと、ブリオッシュのような香ばしい香りが特徴です。
きめ細かい泡: 長期熟成によって生まれるきめ細かい泡立ちが、口当たりを滑らかにし、心地よい余韻を残します。
