コート・シャロネーズ村の南部、ジヴリー村の生産者のムートン。ジヴリー村は、ブルゴーニュ・ピノ・ノワールの高騰が続く中で、リーズナブルでかつ、しっかりとした味わいを持つピノ・ノワールを生産するAOCとして注目を集めています。ジヴリーのピノ・ノワールのキャラクターは、しっかりとした厚みのある果実味とアーシ―（earthy）なニュアンス、スパイシーさを持ち、若いころからも香りが開き魅力にあふれます。今注目のブルゴーニュ・ピノ・ノワールのAOCの一つです。

ムートンの所有する一級畑の中で最も女性的と言われるワインです。土壌には石灰質が多く、ミネラルとエレガンスを表現するワインが生産されています。平均樹齢25年。除梗率100％。樽熟成は約一年。新樽比率は30％。
◯ 特徴
生産者: ジヴリ村を代表する家族経営のドメーヌ、ローラン・ムートン。近年評価が高まっており、注目されています。
テロワール: クロ・シャルレは南東向きの斜面で、粘土石灰質土壌。この土壌はブドウにミネラル感と複雑さを与えます。樹齢の高いブドウの木を使用。
味わい: 熟した赤い果実や黒果実の豊かなアロマ。スミレやスパイスのニュアンスも感じられます。リッチで濃厚な味わいながらも、エレガントでバランスが取れており、しっかりとしたストラクチャーと、絹のような滑らかなタンニンと長い余韻が楽しめます。
熟成:フランス産オーク樽で12ヶ月熟成（新樽比率30%）。瓶内熟成を経て、さらに複雑味が増します。
